Il NORIES SOFIA mantiene la sua posizione durante il volo estremamente bilanciata e stabile ed anche con vento contrario, di traverso o presenza di pioggia, si riescono a raggiungere distanze impensate rispetto al peso relativamente basso di questo spoon (1.2gr – 1.6gr). La sua azione di nuoto durante il recupero è immediata ed è operativa con molti stili di recupero: stop & go, recupero rapido, pesca in caduta, per poi dare il meglio di sé con recuperi extra slow.
